Andrew Stegall is a graduate of Midwestern State University . His vast experience in the social work field encompasses working with the Wichita Falls State Hospital , Child Protective Services and the last 7 years with A World For Children. As the Placement Director, Andrew works closely with CPS on the quest to provide a safe haven for children that have been abused and neglected. On a daily basis, Andrew’s astute assessment skills enable him to effectively match a child’s needs with foster parent’s strengths resulting in a healing experience for the child. Andrew lives by the words of Gandhi: “You must be the change you want to see in the world.”
