The Administrative Team's vision is to provide a continuum of quality care for children and youth that will ultimately break the cycle of abuse and neglect. The Administrative team is lead by Dr. Paul R. Willis, AWFC President. Other team members include Dr. Sharon D. Willis, Administrator; Rebecca Allen, Foster Care Program Director, and Frank James, Information Services.

A World For Children is divided into 3 regions to better serve the children and families of each region. The three regions - Northeast Region, Central Region, , and Southwest Region - are composed of a full array of staff including a Regional Director, Clinical Consultant, Case Managers, and Support Staff. The staff provide a support team to foster parents in ensuring appropriate services are provided to each child in care.

In addition to regional teams, A World For Children has agency staff who support the regional teams in various areas including Foster Home Development, Foster Home Compliance, Training, Clinical Treatment, Placement, Children's Records, Finance and Technology. This staff works diligently to ensure quality treatment, compliance with monitoring agents, appropriate expenditures of agency monies, proper documentation, appropriate placement of children, and selection and verification of foster families. |
