The largest city in Texas boasts a large petrochemical industry, fabulous medical facilities and exceptional educational institutions – yet child abuse is soaring among Houston children.

AWFC is working to serve the victims of this horrific crime. Although our office is new, April of 2006, our staff and families have been in the trenches for many years.

With such an enormous population, the numbers of kids suffering abuse and neglect is staggering. More families, more resources, more sponsors are desperately needed.
