Please read the
directions below then, Click on the Foster Parent
Forms Link
You can download this file to your computer
it contains all of the forms. After you click on the
link, select SAVE,
(Do Not Select Open) select the folder that your files are in,
then select SAVE. After
the file has been downloaded the download complete box will
appear, select OPEN. Select the directory that your other files are in and select
EXTRACT. When
you open your word processor the files should be there.
